Day 1
Home - Port Douglas
Your tour begins with a flight to the beautiful Far North Queensland, arriving in Cairns where your crew will be waiting to greet you. Transfer by coach to the city centre of Cairns where time will be allowed to purchase your own lunch before we make our way to Port Douglas. The magnificent Four Mile Beach with its seemingly endless sand is only a 4 minute stroll away from our resort where a lush tropical setting awaits.
Day 2
Daintree - Mossman Gorge
After breakfast, we will make our way to the Daintree for a river cruise. Take in the wonder of this pristine rainforest and learn about the unique flora and fauna. Next we will stop at Mossman Gorge, where there will be time to purchase your own lunch and browse the art gallery and gift shop. The electric shuttle is also included in your fare and allows multiple trips from the centre into the gorge where there are a number of easy walking trails. This afternoon, visit the acclaimed Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. The farm was relocated to a purpose built estuary to make it easy to watch dozens of crocs eager for dinner, from the safety of a croc cruiser. This visit is full of highlights, so be sure to pack your camera. Later settle into our accommodation for the next three nights.
Day 3
Today we will visit one of the most popular tourist attractions in Queensland, Paronella Park. The building and surrounding gardens were the life's work of Jose and Margarita Paronella. Before lunch, take a guided tour to discover the amazing range of 7,500 tropical plants and trees. The park has become an amazing habitat for hundreds of varieties of birds, butterflies, fish and many other animals. In the afternoon, visit the Australian Sugar Heritage Centre before returning to our motel to freshen up before dinner.
B, L, DDay 4
Today is at your leisure. Take time to explore Cairns; go bargain hunting, walk the esplanade, explore the botanic gardens or simply relax and enjoy your day. Alternatively, you may choose to pre-book an optional tour.

Day 5
Skyrail - Kuranda - Atherton
This morning we board the Skyrail which sends enclosed gondolas above the rainforest canopy from Smithfield to Kuranda. Take in the spectacular views of the rainforest and Coral Sea, as the gondola climbs into the hills of Kuranda. Explore the local produce at the renowned Kuranda markets before continuing across the Atherton Tablelands. Visit the Curtain Fig Tree before settling into our overnight accommodation.
Day 6
Atherton - Milla Milla Falls - Undara Experience
Today our journey takes us to Millaa Millaa Falls. After morning tea, travel on to Ravenshoe, the highest town in Queensland. Be in awe of the 20 turbines towering above the landscape at Windy Hill Wind Farm before stopping at the Information Centre and Museum. This afternoon, arrive at Undara Experience, known as Australia's Accessible Outback. These renowned lava tubes were formed a hundred thousand years ago when volcanoes erupted in the area, leaving behind a maze of spectacular tunnels as the lava streams cooled. Take a guided, easy access tour of the tunnels before checking into the award winning, unique accommodation - the beautifully restored railway carriages.
Day 7
Undara - Mareeba - Cairns
This morning, we will wake to the relaxing sounds of the bush. After a breakfast around the campfire, there will be a walk to the bluff overlooking the Lava Lodge. We then make our way back to the Tablelands for lunch at Gallo Dairyland, followed by a tour and cheese tasting. Continue on to Cairns to settle into our accommodation late afternoon.
Day 8
Cairns - Home
After breakfast, we will board our half day cruise to Green Island, returning to Cairns for lunch. This afternoon board your flight home, where on arrival, your transfers will be arranged.
