Day 1 L, D
Hunter – Corbett Gardens – Canberra
Departing from The Hunter and Central Coast, travel to the Southern Highlands for a visit to Corbett Gardens, the centrepiece of the Bowral Tulip Time Festival. Following lunch, enjoy the
gorgeous floral displays before travelling to Moss Vale to see more fantastic tulips. Continue on to Canberra for the next two nights.
Day 2 B, D
Canberra Floriade – War Memorial
Begin today at the National Arboretum and admire the precision of the National Bonsai Garden. Next, enjoy the magnificent themed floral art displays, bulbs and sculptures, along with many stalls and activities at Floriade. This afternoon, visit the Australian War Memorial for a guided tour or take time to explore independently. After dinner, visit Mount Ainslie for a night drive and an opportunity to appreciate the many buildings especially lit up for Floriade.
Day 3 B, L
National Arboretum – Tulip Top Gardens – Hunter
Tulip Top Gardens boasts over half a million tulips, daffodils and blossoming spring trees. Only open for a month each year, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the carnival atmosphere. Enjoy lunch in Goulburn before returning back to The Hunter late afternoon
