Day 1 L, D

Brisbane - Montville - Nambour - Gympie
Today we travel to Montville where there will be time to explore the shops that offer a variety of handmade arts, crafts and sweet treats. Continue on to Nambour for lunch before a visit to the Buderim Ginger Factory. Later we will make our way to Gympie where you can unpack and relax for the next four nights.

Day 2 B, L, D

Rainbow Beach 4WD Tour - Gold Mining Museum
Today will be a day of discovery! As we head east toward the coast, you will see evidence of the still thriving timber industry before arriving in Rainbow Beach, a growing tourist town and the gateway to the Coloured Sands and Fraser Island. From Rainbow Beach, embark on a 4WD tour bus adventure and enjoy the exhilaration of driving along the 'sandy highway' - 40 Mile Beach. Enjoy a picnic lunch and visit Red Canyon, the famous coloured sand formation with time for a swim in the pristine waters. This afternoon, return to Gympie for a visit to the Gympie Gold Mining and Historical Museum.

Day 3 B, L, D

Merry Christmas!
For those of you who wish to attend a church service, your crew will help organise transport. Alternatively, you can enjoy a relaxed morning at your leisure. Later, we will gather back together at our motel where they will treat us to a special Christmas lunch. This afternoon, enjoy a scenic drive before a light dinner at the motel.

Day 4 B, L, D

Eumundi - Kenilworth
Today we travel to the famous Eumundi Markets, a vibrant mecca for visitors and a shopping heaven if you're looking for something different, something handmade, something special. You will have time to purchase your own morning tea from one of the many stalls available before we continue on to Kenilworth for a visit to the Kenilworth Cheese Factory. Enjoy a tasting of the boutique handcrafted gourmet cheeses and yoghurts and take the opportunity to make purchases of their outstanding produce if you choose. Relax during lunch at the Kenilworth Hotel, before our journey returns to Gympie via the Mary Valley towns of Imbil and Kandanga.

Day 5 B, L

Gympie - Everglades Cruise - Brisbane
After breakfast, we make our way to Noosa for an Everglades Discovery Cruise. Relax as we make our way through the pristine region which gives refuge to plants, animals and birds in a unique natural environment. Enjoy lunch and an informative commentary before making our way back to Brisbane, where your transfers will be arranged.
