Day 1 D

Brisbane – Pacific Fair – Mermaid Waters
This morning we'll enjoy a cuppa together before travelling to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre where you will be able to purchase your own lunch. This recently expanded and renovated shopping centre, now the largest in Queensland, offers over 20 restaurants to suit all tastes and is home to an expansive collection of iconic brands with over 400 stores. This afternoon check in to our accommodation where there will be time to freshen up before our evening out. Saddle up as Australian Outback Spectacular takes you on a journey to the heartland of Australia. This dinner and show is more than a night out - it's an experience steeped in courage, tradition and daring Australian spirit.

Day 2 B, L

Mermaid Waters – Four Winds Restaurant – Brisbane
After a relaxed morning take a scenic drive down the coast to Coolangatta and into the hinterland. Travel back through the leafy Tallebudgera Valley to Surfers Paradise for a buffet lunch at Four Winds Revolving Restaurant. Located high above the Gold Coast with its 360 degree views of the iconic Gold Coast beaches to the lush hinterland, you'll be able to enjoy the view while dining on an amazing buffet menu of fresh seafood, hot dishes and decadent desserts. After lunch, we will make our way back to Brisbane when your transfers will be arranged
