Day 1

Brisbane - Lismore
From Brisbane, travel on our mini bus via Beaudesert and Rathdowney where we join the Lions Road for our leisurely drive. Stop at the Border Loop Lookout to view the interstate railway line which spirals through the Border Ranges. The views are breath taking! Enjoy lunch in Kyogle before continuing on to Nimbin to visit the famous candle factory. We then arrive into Lismore, the commercial centre of the Richmond Valley, for our two night stay.

Day 2

Lismore - Ballina - Lismore
This morning after breakfast, drive to the large and popular car boot markets where you'll find just about anything you can think of - from bric-a-brac and crafts to clothing, antiques and farm produce. Head to Alstonville's Summerland House Farm, a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm set high in the Ballina-Byron hinterland for lunch and some time to explore. Continue on to the Ballina Maritime Museum before returning to Lismore for dinner at the Lismore Workers' Club.

Day 3

Lismore - Byron Bay - Brisbane
After breakfast this morning, we leave Lismore and travel to The Macadamia Castle where a catered morning tea has been arranged. Travel on to Byron Bay and visit the Cape Byron Light House before continuing up the coast for lunch. Our journey this afternoon takes us via Tweed Heads and Point Danger before arriving back in Brisbane where your transfers will be arranged.
