Mount Tamborine Paradise Awaits

Day 1 L, D

Brisbane - Mount Tamborine
Today we travel to Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum, featuring early Australian memorabilia, collections of items and even entire buildings which have been lovingly preserved and restored. Our journey then takes us into the Gold Coast Hinterland for lunch at the Bearded Dragon Hotel before continuing to the Mt Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk and Eco Centre. Discover rainforest canopies and breathtaking flora and fauna as we take a leisurely stroll along the 1.5km walk which is a combination of forest floor trails, 300m of high-tech steel bridges and a 40m cantilever bridge that soars a breathtaking 30m above the creek and rainforest below.

Day 2 B, L, D

Mount Tamborine
After breakfast, visit the Mt Tamborine Botanical Gardens. Take time to stroll along the many walks and learn why the gardens are truly where tropical meets temperate. This morning has been set aside for visiting the famous 'Gallery Walk' which boasts over 70 art, craft, gift and nick-knack shops and lures thousands of visitors to Tamborine Mountain every year. Continue on to the Cedar Creek Estate Winery and Vineyard for a underground tour of the Glow Worm Caves. Afterwards, we will stop for lunch and a tasting at the winery. This afternoon we visit the Fortitude Brewery for a tour and some tastings to finish off a perfect day.

Day 3 B, L

Mount Tamborine ? Beaudesert - Brisbane
Travel to the Scenic Rim Robotic Dairy, a fourth generation dairy farm that was established in 1936. A lot has changed since the days when milk was delivered by horse and cart, door to door. Our tour today will offer a unique and fascinating insight into how technology is changing the face of dairy farming. Continue on to Beaudesert RSL for lunch before making our way back to Brisbane where your transfers will be arranged.
