Day 1

Home - Kalorama
Your tour begins with a flight to Melbourne, where your crew will welcome you on board. After lunch, visit Victoria's Heide Museum of Modern Art which is a unique combination of art, architecture, social history and landscape. Including three galleries, a sculpture park and 15 acres of garden, there is something for everyone to explore. Continue on towards the stunning Dandenongs and Yarra Valley, where we will settle into our accommodation for the next five nights.

Day 2

Rayners Orchard - Tesselaar Tulip Festival
After breakfast we'll travel to Woori Yallock, for a visit to Rayner's Orchard. This boutique fruit orchard grows fruit all year round and there will be opportunity for a sample or two during a tractor fruit tasting tour. Next we visit the Tesselaar Tulip Festival. Be amazed by the beauty of over half a million tulips across 25 acres of farmland, all set in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Purchase your own lunch today as you take in all that the festival has on offer. Make sure your camera is fully charged so you can take plenty of photos as you 'tiptoe through the tulips'. There will also be opportunity to take a ride on the Tulip Train around the colourful fields (own expense).

Day 3

Healesville Sanctuary
This morning our first stop is in Healesville, known as a regional hub for the Yarra Valley. After morning tea, visit the Healesville Sanctuary, a distinctly Australian setting for visitors to experience close up encounters with some of Australia's unique and endearing wildlife. Purchase your own lunch today while at the Sanctuary. This afternoon visit the Big Bouquet before returning to your motel.

Day 4

Dandenong Ranges
This morning visit RJ Hamer Arboretum and the Alfred Nicholas Memorial Gardens which are the original gardens of the historic Burnham Beeches Estate. The gardens are renowned for their waterfalls, water features and ornamental lake and boathouse. Spend some time in the quaint township of Sassafras with it's 19th Century charm. Perhaps take some time to look at Geppetto's Workshop, Australia's finest puppet and toy store.

Day 5

Dandenong Ranges
Travel to William Ricketts Sanctuary, an outdoor art gallery and cultural landscape that features more than 90 quirky sculptures. Take in the views of Skyhigh, Mount Dandenong which is set 633m above sea level. Take a stroll through the beautiful landscaped gardens, visit the Australiana tree or maybe just relax on the Giants Chair while being amazed at the views! Stop in Olinda, the highest village in the Dandenong Ranges and this afternoon visit the National Rhododendron Gardens before returning to our motel for dinner.

Day 6

Kalorama - Home
This morning we visit Warratina Lavender Farm where we are welcomed to take a stroll around the tranquil surroundings and breathe in the fragrances of the different species of lavender. Enjoy morning tea in the Lavender Cottage Tea Rooms where you can also purchase products from the gift store. It's now time to farewell the beautiful Dandenong Ranges and make our way back to Melbourne for lunch before your flight home.
