Today, prepare to see Australia's largest outdoor art gallery, as the old, decommissioned silos from six country towns are brought to life through unique artworks painted on the curved concrete canvas of the silos. Stretching over 200km between Rupanyup and Patchewollock, Australian and international artists have painstakingly painted people and scenes that have been attracting visitors to the area since 2015. Be impressed by the scale of these artworks as they reach to the sky. Continue on to Swan Hill for the next two nights.
Swan Hill - Lake Boga - Swan Hill
Between Swan Hill and Kerang on the shores of Lake Boga is the Flying Boat Museum, featuring a restored Catalina A24-30 flying boat commemorating those who served at the Repair Depot during World War II. Purchase your own lunch from the working bakery, and enjoy a one hour cruise along the mighty Murray River on the historic paddlesteamer Pyap. After dinner at our motel, we return to the Pioneer Settlement to experience the 'Heartbeat of the Murray' Laser Light Show.
