To our valued customers,
The health and wellbeing of our staff and passengers remain of the utmost importance to us at Cross Country Tours.
In response to the governments directive to cancel all non-essential travel, Cross Country Tours will cease operations until further notice. Therefore:
Customers who have a confirmed booking on a tour from now until 31 May 2020
Tours will be cancelled and all payments will be placed into credit for use at a later date.
Customers who have a confirmed booking from 1 June 2020 onwards
Bookings will remain in place and the situation will be reassessed closer to the time.
We are deferring all progress and final payments until such time that we can be assured that
your tour will go ahead as planned.
We understand that you may have many questions for us, but due to constant changes in the current circumstances, we do not have all the answers. As you can imagine, the situation has affected our core business substantially and we have made the difficult decision to place all staff on leave until further notice. Due to a heavy volume of calls and emails from both customers and suppliers, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards restarting operations. We will provide further updates as we can.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of our family business and for the abundance of concern and well wishes we have received these last few weeks. As is the case for many others, this is the biggest challenge Cross Country Tours has faced in almost 40 years of operation.
We wish you, your family and loved ones our very best for your health and wellbeing and we look forward to welcoming you on board our coaches in the future.
