Fitness to Travel

Passengers accept that it is their responsibility to ensure that their health is in a state which allows them to enjoy the tour and successfully complete activities the tour offers. It is essential for you to address any medical conditions/dietary requirements with us at the time of booking.

 

Confirmation of Bookings 

Payment of your day tour or applicable deposit on your holiday tour is due within 14 days of booking. Wait-listed passengers may be accepted if tentative bookings are not finalised by the applicable payment dates.

 

Payment or part payment for your tour indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.

 

Alteration of Tour Itinerary 

We reserve the right to alter the advertised program subject to weather, road conditions or any other reason we perceive to be in the best interests of our guests and/or their safety.

 

Cancellations 

Please notify us on 1300 631 383 as soon as a problem arises that may affect your travel plans, for the convenience of wait-listed travellers.

 

Cancellation fees for each tour is outlined on your Booking Confirmation or Tax Invoice.
