BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL and are as simple as telephoning our office on 07 3869 7444 or 02 4923 5923 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm, visit www.cct.com.au to book online or create a call back request. Some tours are more popular than others and early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. If you are booking with a group, please advise us so that you can be seated together.
PICKUP LOCATIONS/TIMES: Our travel consultants are happy to discuss the closest pickup point for you and departure time will be confirmed at time of booking. Traffic congestion may cause delays but for the convenience of other travellers, please arrive for your tour no later than 15 minutes prior to the given time.
RETURN TIMES will be approximately 5.00pm - 5.30pm and every effort and care will be taken to return as close as possible to the scheduled times.
CLOCK TIMES: Clock indicates tours where the return time is expected to be later than 5.30pm.
SEATING: Our luxury custom built coaches offer air suspension providing the most comfortable ride on the road - no matter where you sit!
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: It is essential for you to address any dietary requirements with us at the time of booking. All special requirements will be requested but not guaranteed. The logistics of meeting the correct criteria for the number of passengers travelling is challenging and would unlikely meet expectations, therefore, any dietary requests will be limited to Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Diabetic, Lactose Free or any life threatening allergies. For the comfort and safety of all passengers, eating or drinking (other than water) is NOT permitted on our coaches.
TOUR FARES are correct as at time of printing and supercede any fares previously advertised. We reserve the right to reasonably alter fares at any time without notice due to increased costs or error in printing.
PAYMENT is due within 14 days of booking and can be made in person at our office, by credit card, money order or by direct deposit. Tours booked less than 30 days prior to departure should be paid at time of booking (or as soon as possible thereafter). Tours booked through a travel agent are required to be paid in full to the agent. Payment for your tour indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION FEES will be levied if you have to cancel your booking with us. The fee charged ranges from a small administration fee to cover the paperwork and handling up to the cost of the ticket/event pre purchased on your behalf.
The following fees will apply, in addition to any monies already paid on your behalf to our suppliers. Theatre, shows and other major event tickets which have been pre purchased are not refundable.
14 days or more prior to departure $10 fee applies
13 - 4 days prior to departure 25% of fare retained
Less than 4 days prior to departure 50% of fare retained
If you need to cancel on the day of departure, please contact our After Hours Mobile on 0408 158 739 (please note this number cannot receive text messages). If no contact is made to the After Hours mobile, 100% of the tour fare will be forfeited.
ALTERATION OF TOUR: We reserve the right to alter the advertised program subject to weather, road conditions or any other reason we perceive to be in the best interests of our guests and/or their safety.
