With Cross Country Tours and All Australian Journeys, the more you travel, the more you save. You can earn loyalty points to save you money on your future tours with us. Here's how it works:

 

How do I join? Existing travellers with Cross Country Tours and All Australian Journeys will automatically be a member of our loyalty program. If you're a new traveller with us, loyalty points will begin to calculate from your next booking.

 

How much does it cost? There is no cost to join and no ongoing fees.

 

How do I earn points? All Cross Country Tours and All Australian Journeys  tours valued at $50 or more will qualify to earn loyalty points. You will earn 1 loyalty point for every $50 spent per booking (excluding optional extras on day tours).

 

How do I redeem points? Points can be redeemed at any time on any booking of an Cross Country Tours and All Australian Journeys tour that is booked direct with our office. 1 loyalty point is equal to 1 dollar.

 

Do my points expire? Points are issued the day after your travel is complete and are valid for 12 months.

 

Can I cash my points in? Points are non-transferrable to other passengers and are not redeemable for cash.

 

Can I pay for my day tour with points to the hostess? All points must be allocated by our office before your tour departs.

 

Do I get a membership card? There is no need for a membership card as we keep track of all points earned on our office database.

 

How do I get a points balance? Just contact our office and our staff will be happy to advise your points balance or provide you with a statement.
