1. Do I need to book to travel on a day tour?

YES. Bookings are essential and our Travel Consultants will be happy to discuss the closest pickup point for you and a departure time will be confirmed at the time of booking. Traffic congestion may cause delays but for the convenience of other travellers please arrive for your tour no later than 10 minutes prior to the given time.

2. How do I book?

Bookings are as simple as telephoning the Cross Country Tours Office on 3869 7444 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Saturday 8.00am - 12.00noon. Some tours are more popular than others and early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment.

3. How can I pay for my day tour?

Fares are to be paid to the Hostess on tour.
Exceptions are:
a) Tours booked through your local Travel Agent where payment is required in full to the Agent.
b) Tours marked 'PREPAYMENT' where payment is required by the date indicated to Cross Country Tours Pty Ltd prior to departure.

Fares can also be paid by credit card up until 2 working days before departure by telephoning 3869 7444.

4. What happens if I need to cancel?

For the convenience of wait-listed passengers it is essential to notify us by phone on
