Today we sample some of their product as we learn about the skills of cheese making. We will then enjoy lunch in the café, with opportunity to shop for cheese, gelato, fudge and so much more. After lunch, we visit Pukara Olives to view the factory and olive groves with opportunity to purchase. Morning tea, lunch, tour and tasting included.
