The Hunter Valley is NSW's Premier wine country but it's also home to masterfully crafted Chocolate and Cheese. Our tour begins with a visit to Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia's premiere soft cheese makers.
Book NowOur tour begins with a visit to Binnorie Dairy. Visit the state-of-the-art cheesemaking centre and retail store to taste and buy their lovely soft cheese and many other gourmet treats. Next visit Hunter Valley Chocolate Company and hear about the chocolate making and have the opportunity to taste and browse the shop. We then stop at Hunter Valley Cheese Company for a demonstration on cheesemaking. The interactive demonstration will take you through the milk to cheese process, followed by a tasting. Fare includes tasting, talks and lunch at Harrigan’s Hunter Valley.
