Majestic Theatre at Pomona
We re-visit an old favourite today as we make our way to the historic Majestic Theatre in Pomona. The theatre opened in 1921 and is one of the few pre-World War II picture theatres remaining in Queensland. It is also Queensland’s longest continuously operating picture theatre. Today you will be treated to a popular silent film. Laugh, cry, stamp and sing along with the comedy, drama and romance as you are transported back to the golden age of silent cinema. Later we will enjoy lunch in Tewantin
